Closing on a home with the buyers in one state and the sellers in another during COVID-19 was a first for Lisa and us, her clients. She did a masterful job of calming us down, looking out for our interests and working with the buyers' agent to make the deal happen. She was fantastic!
Lisa is an outstanding resource. She has exceptional listening skills. She picks up on what people are interested in and provides opportunities based on what customers tell her. She is affable and kind. She has a very pleasant personality and a good sense of humor. She is not an automatic "yes" person. If she thinks that something is not right or a good idea, she's not afraid to tell a customer that something may not be in their best interest, and then she is able to explain why. She has experience and has learned crucial lessons along the way. Lisa masterfully planned and controlled home viewing opportunities and did all the necessary background set-up and work. She provided names, Business and contact information for all aspects of the home purchasing endeavor. We would definitely recommend her as an agent.

She was diligent in helping us find the house that was right for us, within our budget, during a time where most homes had several offers (ours had FOURTEEN offers, but Liz guided us through the right things to do to be the chosen buyers!). Liz held our hands through everything as first-time home buyers; the offer, inspection, P&S, mortgage, and closing. I would recommend her to anyone. You're in good hands with Liz!
